Enjoying Spring with 4 outdoor

I started them all by germination then jiffy pucks...

2x large pots are Sour Runtz Fem seeds
1x smaller pot is Northern lights Regular seeds
1x smaller pot is Blue Afgan Regular seeds

waiting to see sex on the smaller pots before transplantation... I have 1 auto flower seed I would like to try if one of those are male.

I really wish I could sun grow here, my back yard is basically due south with sun to the back of the house all day!

HydroponicJunky

yeah it is nice to be able to do 4 plants per legal address... as per Canadian laws

TheWookalarKing

Connecticut is indoor only, not visible from any exterior window, and must be locked. Per State law. the upside is we are allowed 6 plants per over 21 legal residence occupant, with a household maximum of 12. Definitely looking forward to getting a little more than a quarter of the basement, got to clean out the junk, do all the cleaning, power washing, updates, then some independently breakered outlets on the wall and a 240 outlet... I really can't wait to start on that build. This is all her ideas, for the most part. She is even pushing me a little to do more than just post on this guide... Again, if you find the aliens that did the reprogramming, pay them in weed!!!! I will pay you back!

HydroponicJunky

o man that sounds way better!!!

Just some chilling outdoor plants πŸͺ΄ 😎

Had lots of rain over the last week, I tried to keep them undercover but one is looking a little weathered. They will bounce back.

2x are Regular so im waiting to see gender. I suspect the big one is going to be a male, we will see...

Just cruising along, super lazy outdoor 😴

The large plant is Blue afgan regular seed, it seems to be female but not as obvious as the 2x sour runtz feminized plants next to it.

The Northern lights Regular seeds is 100% a male folks... hmm should I try crossing a few branches of both the "Blue afgan Γ— Northern lights" and do "sour runtz Γ— Northern lights"???

ive never breaded any before might swell give it a try... right? lol

Loving the super lazy outdoor grow!

I am amazed at how well they are doing... I have not been PHing my water, watering straight from the hose mostly πŸ˜… πŸ˜‹ πŸ™ƒ... ive mixed a 5gal bucket of nutrients (4x) since starting between the 3 plants πŸͺ΄

I started some of my last crops seeds for a few friends of mine, they dont mind if they end up hermaphrodite so 🀷 ... I am amazed at how fast they sprouted and how well they are growing so far.

A plant that big, imagine the buds on that thang!! πŸ’―

HydroponicJunky

I know! I cant wait!!! I decided to not touch them at all, no topping or training of any kind... I wanted to see them grow naturally.

CannaBee99

that’s sick , u competing with the Mendo boys in the battle of the trees

HydroponicJunky

haha nope, never heard of it lol... got a link?

HydroponicJunky

I guess I'll be digging a big hole and planting these in the ground this year lol!!!

CannaBee99

definitely be needing a bigger boat LOL . I used those 20gallon whiskey barrels last year & I had monsters . when I was a teenager friend of mine ordered these cannabis seeds called maple Canada & had 18 foot plants . I would put em in the ground so they don’t get root bound . or get the 20 gallon fabric bags . good luck & have a ladder handy LOL

CannaBee99

you tube . they out of mendo county . they brother’s who also rap about cannabis

HydroponicJunky

haha yeah I would definitely just go into the ground... pot size does matter, 100% unfortunately here they cant be visible from the road/ public areas so 18' would not be ok legally... I mean I would be ok with it 🀷 πŸ™ƒ

HydroponicJunky

o nice! can anyone compete? im in Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ πŸ˜”

XOInfinity

Will definitely be looking For Future Updates!

CannaBee99

it only a contest between the 2 brothers. they have a farm but both don’t live on it they in separate houses . each brother has a plant at there house that they compete with

CannaBee99

I hear ya . we had it deep in woods . wasn’t the best genetics . it was the 80’s

Glitch

yessss!!! looking great!! natural is the way to go outdoors!! gardens look good too!

HydroponicJunky

@Glitch... Thanks 😊 its a bit crowded but productive. summer squash, cucumbers, 2x kinds of tomatoes plus a bunch of tomatoe weeds from last year, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes G-R-Y Bell peppers, all the herbs and probably a few missed lol

Absolutely loving the super lazy outdoor crop!!!

These 3 ladies have been amazing so far, ive done zero training... ive never used a ph meter or PPM meter ... I am not dechlorinating the water... ive been randomly mixing 1x 5 gal bucket of advanced nutrients every 2 weeks typically.

Now im doing 2x 5gal between the 3 every week, and hose watering almost daily.

that why I like to keep some duct tape & I use medical wrap over it to keep any possible diseases out . these plants can take a beating

HydroponicJunky

I love it!!! Please can you give me a step by step of your process πŸ™ ✨️ when you duct tape it does the glue affect the plant? do you ever remove the tape or just leave it? I thought saranwrap because it didn't have glue and it will flex as it grows, I could of probably left it on but i was to curious.

CannaBee99

I think I actually put a post on here when I accidentally broke a branch . duct tape will not affect plant . it wil seal the wound . u know when u get blood drawn & they put colorful bandage around it . I steal that when I on dr office . after I wrap the broken branch I will duct tape it then wrap the medical bandage around it for extra protection. if u have to u can also make a splint . u can’t fix a completely broken branch

CannaBee99

u can leave it on there . u don’t want to get water in a plants wound . that will cause all kinds of bacteria. I will also keep prune sealer in my tool kit . sometimes when I remove a leaf part of the stem peels. if that happens I use prune sealer.

HydroponicJunky

awesome thanks for the input!!! i was amazed this fix worked... the split was really bad lol...

CannaBee99

always keep the duct tape handy & try to steal some medical wrap when u goto Dr . they come in pink & blue colors

CannaBee99

also look for prime sealer comes in spray can or can with brush

Trying my luck at cloning again.

Took a few cuttings when I defoliated last and wanted to see if I can get a few clones going for my indoor... I only had 11 jiffy pucks so I decided to try and stuff 3 clone in 1 puck x 2

then 9 regular lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜‚... in Canada we are aloud 4 plants... does it count if they are all in one jiffy pucks? 😝🀷

Seed mat, humidity dome, and rooting hormones will go along way to successful rooting. Honey is a natural root hormone if you don't have one readily available. Wishing you success on your cuttings πŸ™

our pug loves to come in and "Help" when I trim plants. I'll look over and my little pile of leaves will be gone. He seems to get upset, if I do the daily check without him.

HydroponicJunky

9 weeks old.

HydroponicJunky

awesome πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘ I love that there are so many doggie helpers!!!

HydroponicJunky

I know right! I'll probably trim off those last few lower bud sites soon anyways just finish the semi lollipop. I dont want to go to crazy.

CannaBee99

best of luck , that’s a fun but frustrating age .
