yet.. same shit happen to me… but I have soil and it took a bit to fixed… that overwatered or over feeding your plants. you using hydroponic. easy fix… replace your water and pH to a 6.0-6.3 and flush… and keep a eye on them…you ppm is way to high.. that your issue.. it should not be that high…seedlings 100-150 maybe 200ppm
