Get it out of that glass cup that will burn the roots up from the geat of the light take the light and lower it down to about 18-20inchs above the plant

Got it 👍

Shadow_Pegasus

Highly recommend getting some favric grow bags. What kinda of seeds did you get?

F
Fastlearner420

Feminized

Shadow_Pegasus

Very nice, dont wanna risk growing a male if you want smoke. Is there any other equipment other than the light in the tent? You’ll want some proper air flow in there to maintain a good environment

F
Fastlearner420

Im getting the humidifier and clip on fan it's coming in soon. I have a corbon filter and inline fan it's just outside the tent

Shadow_Pegasus

Very nice, sounds like you got everything set up. Would be able to measure VPFD?

F
Fastlearner420

Nah lol I ain't that precise lol

Shadow_Pegasus

The app has some tools to help you get a reading. Just need air temp, leaf temp, and humidity.

F
Fastlearner420

Oh ok I'll check it out

I need your advice. I have a plant in veg and another one in seedling in the same tent whats the most balanced VPFD for both?

Shadow_Pegasus

Thats gonna be tough to run simultaneously. Run a high vpd for your gal in veg, i kept mine at roughly 1.2 avg throughout veg. For the seedling, I would use something to put on top of the seedling and soil to hold in moisture, like the top half of a two liter.

Looking good so far excited to be growing transplanted into a 3 gallon pot because of tent size. Has about 5 nodes I'll top when it grows to the 6th node

F
Fastlearner420

Ok

CannaBee99

U usually will see a pattern of yellow & light & dark green & can have necrotic spots on leaves . Do u smoke cigarettes around the plant ? That how plants get infected & wash hands after smoking. There is no treatment for it . Will have to throw plant out . Doesn’t look like plant has it .

F
Fastlearner420

No I don't smoke by my plant I keep it very clean. I'll just have to wait and see how it plays out. The leaf does look like its turning yellow a little bit in person the light reflecting doesn't show it fully

GrowMaster88

I smoke a the time around my plants never had a issue now if you smoke cigarettes or anything o f that now you will kill ur plant

Get rid of those ties immediately like yesterday take them off growmir those are the worst for so so many reasons go to lpwes home depot or family hardware store and get plant tie down ans you need to tie that baby girl at the very top and bend her over like ur gf,wife ,I'm who ever and get ur bend on brother

F
Fastlearner420

I just took them off I'll get some plant ties later today

HealingHands420

The goal is to create multiple tops at the same height so the canopy stays even. When you bend the plant to about a 90° angle and lay it horizontal, it redistributes the growth hormones (auxins) from the main top out to the side branches, encouraging them to grow upward evenly instead of letting one main cola dominate. When doing LST, I recommend adding a light super crop or a Rasta Jeff method gentle “chiropractor twist and pop.” Carefully grab the top and bottom then twist in opposite directions till it pops. The goal isn’t to snap it, just to make it pliable so it lays down without fully breaking. This not only makes bending safer, but it also helps the plant build a stronger knuckle at the bend point and can improve nutrient flow throughout the plant as it heals and reinforces that area. Topping removes the main source of auxins, which signals the lower branches to step up and become new tops. If it’s an autoflower, skip the topping and stick with low-stress training (LST).

HealingHands420

Make sure to use rubberized plant ties
