Check the instructions they should have a reccomended HIGHt setting, i run 760 watt lights, they have height reccomendations for each stage of growth

What he said🤞 but thats a good start download ppfd meter app too make sure you set your light on app an hrs of lights on for dli. Check ppfd at top of canopy. This is not accurate at all but gives a good bases then go off what the plants look like Hope this helps

Yeah you have to listen to what they whisper if they tip over like they running from light then raise, if they seem like they have big gap between nodes then lower... you will know when you got it right the stop reaching and start stacking nodes nice and close

Look at the specs of the lights i know when you start getting up to bigger leds like the 3 of guys that commented we have big lights and for us its usually 24-36 inchs above canopy its not above the soil you have to measure from the highest point of or canopy to the light and thats how you get ur turn measure i mean it looks to me u got 24inch alright from the ground to the light and have maybe 14 inches from canopy to light make sure ur humidity is around high 70 might 80's ur temps in the upper 80's if ur running ur lights 24/0 ur ppfd should be around 140-175 max no more or 18/6 you can push 200-300 you run this for about 2 weeks then you turn ur lights up 3-5% every 3-4 days and lower ur light every 3 weeks to the recommend hight for the growth stage and or till ur get to 100% which you should be around 12-18 inchs above ur flower site and at 100%

To low it needs to be around 500 600 ppfd for veg. But that being said you gota have color an everything right when you choose your light on ppfd app. Not only that I don't know about those lights an how close they would be to get that!?!🤷

Look up your led ppfd chart. You shouldn't have to buy new lights to get 500ppfd. When leaves are lifted up like 3 of your plants are then they are reaching for light or praying 🙏 that is what you want if you want them to build nodes an slow down stretching bring lights down. So try 20 inch if your at 24 an pay attention to tips an leaves if tips start to do anything at all then it's burning it then it's too much. An I take it those lights only have a couple settings an no intensity knob right? I hope this helps ya brodi. An it looks like you need a fan to gently flutter the leaves and build stems. Again don't rely on that app it's only a idea of what yours is pay attention to leaves an tips of leaves

So at 20 inch … 384ppfd with only a blue light 1186 with white,blue,and red togheter And with yellow and red only 700 or sometimes 660 but too high the dli

So jus go 22 inches an go from that. But you should be able to look up your lights par map for ppfd. An if you do do that if they start looking off you gotta pull it back up
