2nd grow round 2

after a failed attempt to get 4 auto seeds to start i went back to a couple of my freebe seeds in got. I used the soak in water for 24 hours and planted them. took about 3 days befor they sprouted. doing 2 plants this time and plan on trying to train them our well. may be a little tight for 2 photos but im excited to see how it growes now that I have a good light

gave them a little drink. adjusted my humidifier probe and grow hub probe to the same location. having issues with the esaust fan running before the humidifier shut off. a gallon a day through the humidifier was a little excessive. 😁. got her squared away now and good to grow!!!

gave both a little call mag foliar spray

gave them both a light feed at about 1/4 newts. also gave another calmag foliar spray. gave each plat about 2 hours out of the dome. going to tey to harden it in the next week. running tent at 78 degrees and 78% RH. tent vpd running about 7.1

week 1 mix fed. mixed 1 gal and each plant got a 1/2 gal. adjusted the lighting PPFD to 227 which will give me 20 DLI per day. so far so good

topped both plants at 4 nodes and adjusted light to bring up to 30 DLI. Last week I added a blink camera in my tent. I had an exsta and it seemed like a good idea😁

gave them a feed today. they grew a ton last night after I topped them. I think planting the seed in the 5 gal pot worked out better. no stress or stunting from repotting. they are growing faster and look better than my 1st grow.

did some defoliation. jelly mama stretching good. green crack is small and dence. both looking healthy do my eyes anyway.

Did the week 3 vedge feed with 1/2 tsp of recharge. each plant got 1 gal. I did a little light defoliation. I also turned up the light to 462 PPFD to get a DLI of 40. Jelly mama is looking good and starting to stretch. Green crack is still small and compact.

been a couple weeks sence I've posted but im in week 1 of flower. I Super cropped it at the beginning of last week and over did it on the jelly mama (the tall one). pissed her off good. she's still kicking though, I stunted it pretty hard I think but she's starting to bounce back. I switched to flower newts and switched the light to flower mode. I also set the DLI to be at 25 and flipped the lights today to 12/12. I noticed that there are some rust spots on some of the leaves so im going to hit it with a foliar spray of cal-mag as soon as the lights go off. also starting to slowly drop temp and humidity in the tent to get the VPD where it needs to be.

Start of week 3 and looks like the buds are just starting to show. jelly mama getting tall while green crack is not. adjusted the light to 13" above and like power to 694 PPFD. that should get me to around 30 DLI. both girls looking good and healthy. not happy with the soil I'm have. it doesn't seem to retain well and I have a lot more run off than id like. so spend the money on a good soil!.

the start of week 4 and looking good. Gave them a feed and adjusted the light to 12" above the canopy and set the light to provide 34 DLI. Did a little defoliation on leaves blocking light access to the buds sights. I also lowered the humidity to a max of 56%

Fed jelly mama only. It's looking good and getting frosty with 4 weeks to go. Green crack is looking good as well. Spread out the branches to allow more light to the lower buds and did a little defoliation l. adjusted light hight and power. running them at 833 PPFD.

looking good going into week 6. turned up the light power to 880PPFD to get to 38 DLI. they are looking good and starting to stack up well

start of week 7. looking good, buds dence and sticky. this will be the last week of feeding. adjusted light to 920 ppfd. next week I'll back off the light a bit as per my DLI chart. happy with this grow so far

start of week 8 and I couldn't be happier with my 2nd grow. buds are getting thick and very sticky. smelling very strong as well. a good light seems to make a big difference. i lowered the light to 36 DLI and im seeing the pistols starting to turn brown. ill be keeping and eye on the tricomes but I thing it will be another week before I have to pay close attention to them.

I plan on chopping tomorrow morning. tricimes are cloudy and starting to turn amber. been a great grow and i'm super pleased with the way the new light performed. all the buds are super sticky and smell great. Can't wait to see how it turns out after the cure

harvested today. Super happy with jelly mama and the way it turned out. the green crack was a bit lite due to it not getting the same light, I think. it was shorter than the other by over half. its still frosty and super sticky so I think it will be ok.

Did final trim of the Green Crack Skunch. I was had less weight than I had hoped and it looks like I got a late stage hermi. there were about 20 seeds we found just trimming it. I only got 67 grams out of it. I dont know were I went wrong or if it was just genetics. it was a freebie seed so that may be it, but im disappointed. the bud that was there is good. my wife said its a good smoke and its not even cured yet so I guess I'll hope for a better result on my next grow. it was still a good leaning experience so I'll take what I learned and try to do better with the next grow. the Gelly mama wasn't quite dry yet but I will be doing the final trim on it in the next day or 2.

final trim and jared Gelly mama. the RH was low in all the jars, 52 RH. I opened all jars and have the humidifier holding the room a 65% Rh. I leave then open and let them rehydrate a little over night and then seal them back up. I did found a few seeds in the jelly mama but not as many as I had feared. over all the bud turned out good. I got 151 Grams of jelly mama and 68 grams of green crack skunch. tomorrow im going to deeo clean my tent, gear and lung room. I have some clones I need to get in there so on to the next grow🤙
